• Ability to compute and analyze supply chain metrics.

Responsibilities

• Improve service and customer value to maintain on-shelf availability.
• Improve supply chain processes for efficiency.
• Maintain forecast accuracy levels in auto-replenishment and foreign ordering tools for own brand.
• Maintain optimal inventory, achieve stock weeks cover targets, and reduce slow-moving stocks.
• Drive team performance, coordinate, and execute demand planning activities in accordance with ROS.
• Develop sound demand and replenishment plans aligned with supply chain strategy and targets.
• Capture, prioritize, analyze, and input demand-generating activities and internal/external influences affecting the demand and replenishment plan.
• Compute and analyze supply chain metrics including forecast accuracy, SWC, and SMS.
• Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and communicate to stakeholders.
• Ensure category building programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives are supported in line with supply chain processes and targets.
