Job summary

Red Ribbon Bakeshop, Inc., a subsidiary of Jollibee Foods Corporation, is seeking a Production Encoder to accurately encode and record production- and logistics-related transactions in our database.

The role includes transferring postings, reconciling inventory against system reports, filing essential documents, and ensuring adherence to GMP and HACCP standards. Onsite assignment in Cagayan De Oro City.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 1 year of online encoding experience in production/distribution environment.
• Basic office work and filing skills.
• Certification courses for GMP and HACCP required.
• Good academic record and strong numeric typing skills.

Responsibilities

• Encode and record production- or logistics-related transactions in the database.
• Transfer posting of materials from production storage locations.
• Check inventory vs. system-generated inventory reports.
• File important documents and transactional records for reference.
• Comply with existing standards, guidelines, and procedures.
