Job summary

Excelin Marketing OPC is seeking an Accounting Staff to monitor and record inventory transactions, assist in payroll, and process company expenses. The role ensures accurate, complete, and timely documentation of inventory, payroll, and expenses.

The incumbent will reconcile inventory counts, verify supporting documents, and coordinate with HR and warehouse teams. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential for accurate financial records and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in inventory, payroll, expenses, or general accounting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record inventory receipts, issuances, transfers, adjustments, and other inventory transactions.
• Assist in payroll processing based on attendance and timekeeping records.
• Record and monitor company expenses and disbursements; review petty cash replenishments.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and account reconciliations; prepare supporting schedules.
• Maintain complete and organized accounting records and supporting documents.
