Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Record and update inventory transactions in the accounting system.
• Reconcile inventory balances with physical stock and warehouse records.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams on stock movements (inbound, outbound, backload).
• Assist in preparing inventory reports and documentation.
• Monitor and report discrepancies between actual and recorded inventory.
• Support periodic inventory counts and audits.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inventory-related transactions.
