Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. seeks an Inventory Management professional to oversee all station assets and fulfillments. You will forecast usage, standardize supply cabinets, and ensure timely deliveries to nominated stations.

The role involves controlling receipts, life assessments, and quarterly forecasts to the Purchasing Department, while supervising direct reports and enforcing stock policies across the network.

Responsibilities

• Inventory of supplies - assessment of usage and forecasting depending on size of station
• Standardizing supply cabinets
• In charge of nominated stations for drop offs and implement Quality Control on deliveries
• Transfers and borrowings of supplies per station
• Assessment of item life
• Creating policies and enforcing rules on usage of supplies
• Receipts - records keeping including expiry, as well as following up on book stampings
• Standardize a supply chain delivery for quarterly supplies and adhoc deliveries to be the most timely and efficient
• Asset tagging for non- consumable items
• Quarterly forecasting of supplies for requisition to Purchasing Department
• Oversees performance management and evaluation of all direct reports
• Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time by Stations Director.
