Job summary

MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Senior Manager for Inventory & Supply Management to ensure stock availability and optimal stock health across the store network. You will lead governance, cycle counts, aging inventory, and replenishment coordination while partnering with WSHE, Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Finance to improve stock movement and reduce losses.

Responsibilities

• Lead store-level inventory control processes to ensure stock accuracy and availability.
• Oversee nationwide cycle counts and variance monitoring with timely corrective actions.
• Monitor aging inventory and stock health; coordinate with Merchandising for resolution.
• Coordinate replenishment planning with WSHE and Merchandising to meet demand.
• Lead loss prevention initiatives and analyze root causes of variances.
