Sound Connection Phils. Inc. is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, production coordination and logistics across multiple channels.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, proactive management and coordination with suppliers, warehouses and distribution partners to keep stock optimal and fulfillment efficient. The successful candidate will have strong Excel and data analysis skills in a retail/e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics or inventory control.
• Strong demand forecasting and sales trend analysis skills.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple sales channels (retail, eCommerce, marketplaces).
• Solid understanding of inventory planning, replenishment and warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Excel skills and inventory reporting tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee demand planning and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Forecast sales trends using historical data and market insights.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers on purchase orders and production schedules.
• Track inventory movement and implement replenishment strategies.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics and coordinate with warehouses and partners.
• Develop reports on inventory health, forecast accuracy and operations performance.
