Job summary

Rephil Station Inc. is seeking a Retail Support Assistant to oversee the daily operations of the Stations Support Services team at gas stations. You will supervise Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support, ensuring timely, accurate deliverables and operational efficiency.

The role requires 1–3 years of related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a focus on business or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, shared services, or administrative support, preferably within the fuel, retail, or FMCG industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using ERP systems or other business management software is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Stations Support Services team.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of support services and deliverables for gas station operations.
• Lead and monitor the performance of the Cash Management, Procurement, and Workforce Support teams.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure operational efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls across all support functions.
• Review reports, transactions, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established standards.
• Coordinate with station personnel and cross-functional departments to address operational concerns and provide timely resolutions.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions when service targets are not achieved.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance productivity, and streamline support operations.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and foster professional growth.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management regarding team performance, issues, and improvement initiatives.
• Support the implementation of new policies, systems, and projects related to retail station support services.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by management.
