Job summary

Anta International in Manila is seeking an Inventory Clerk to support stock monitoring and replenishment, auditing, and interdepartmental coordination with Marketing, HR, and logistics. You will track daily sales, identify restock needs, and help ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock records.

Responsibilities include generating weekly and monthly reports, flagging slow-moving items, and assisting in loss prevention through inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Stock Monitoring & Replenishment: Maintain optimal stock levels by tracking daily sales and identifying items that need to be restocked or transferred.
• Audit & Quality Control: Conduct regular physical cycle counts and monthly wall-to-wall audits. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Marketing & HR Coordination: Work with the marketing and HR teams to provide necessary products for marketing seeding, events, and store staff’s uniforms
• Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with the SEA regional team on status of shipments and ensure timely arrival of merchandise.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure that deliveries and pull-outs are made at the best possible time.
• Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports, highlighting slow-moving items, dead stock, and high-turnover products to assist Merchandisers in markdown or buying decisions.
• Loss Prevention: Assist the inventory manager in implementing and monitoring controls to reduce shrinkage (theft, damage, or administrative errors).
