Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Analyst to monitor demand, set optimal field inventory levels by account, and coordinate replenishment shipments. You will collaborate with carrier partners and internal teams to drive optimization and minimize disruptions through data-driven decision-making and effective communication.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory management or related fields, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/BI/supply chain systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, operations, customer account management, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP, BI, inventory management, forecasting, or supply chain planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily inventory reporting.
• Analyze customer demand trends and inventory consumption patterns to identify optimal inventory levels.
• Execute inventory adjustments to maintain target service levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Identify and escalation inventory supply risks; lead mitigation planning with internal stakeholders to minimize customer impact and ensure continuity of supply.
• Responsible for managing inventory aging/expirations and asset recovery across accounts. Drive aggressive recovery efforts.
• Prepare and present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all stakeholders and iRhythm associates.
• Identify processes in need of improvement and recommend enhancements or changes to those processes.
• Adhere to corporate policy and HIPAA standards in handling patient data

As a trusted internal resource, the Inventory Analyst collaborates closely with internal teams and carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to drive inventory optimization and mitigate disruptions through data-driven decision-making and effective communication.

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, operations, customer account management, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze demand trends, inventory performance, and supply chain data to develop actionable recommendations and inventory strategies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP, BI, AI, inventory management, forecasting, or supply chain planning systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proven ability to identify supply risks and evaluate potential business impacts,
• Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
