Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in inventory management, demand planning, or related roles.
• Strong ability to analyze demand trends and inventory performance to make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI/forecasting systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily inventory reporting.
• Analyze customer demand trends and inventory consumption patterns to identify optimal inventory levels.
• Execute inventory adjustments to maintain target service levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; plan with internal stakeholders to minimize customer impact.
• Manage inventory aging/expirations and asset recovery across accounts; drive recovery efforts.

• Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders and iRhythm associates.
• Identify processes to improve and recommend enhancements.

Job Overview:

The Inventory & Logistics Analyst is responsible for monitoring demand, setting optimal field inventory levels by account, executing inventory adjustments and replenishment shipments, and managing shipping exceptions. As a trusted internal resource, the Inventory Analyst collaborates closely with internal teams and carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to drive inventory optimization and mitigate disruptions through data-driven decision-making and effective communication.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Prepare daily inventory reporting.
• Analyze customer demand trends and inventory consumption patterns to identify optimal inventory levels.
• Execute inventory adjustments to maintain target service levels while minimizing excess inventory.
• Identify and elevate inventory supply risks; lead mitigation planning with internal stakeholders to minimize customer impact and ensure continuity of supply.
• Responsible for managing inventory aging/expirations and asset recovery across accounts. Drive aggressive recovery efforts.
• Prepare and present inventory performance metrics, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
• Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all stakeholders and iRhythm associates.
• Identify processes in need of improvement and recommend enhancements or changes to those processes.
• Adhere to corporate policy and HIPAA standards in handling patient data.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, supply chain analytics, operations, customer account management, or a related role.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze demand trends, inventory performance, and supply chain data to develop actionable recommendations and inventory strategies.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP, BI, AI, inventory management, forecasting, or supply chain planning systems.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively engage both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Proven ability to identify supply risks and evaluate potential business impacts.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
