Job summary

Office Beacon (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Inventory Planning Specialist to support demand forecasting, inventory monitoring, and replenishment activities. You will analyze sales and inventory data, identify stock risks, and prepare reports to guide purchasing decisions.

You will work with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and vendors to maintain optimal stock levels and timely replenishment. Strong Excel and NetSuite experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• SKU-level demand forecasting experience.
• Inventory replenishment experience.
• Inventory risk and backorder analysis experience.
• Purchase planning using POs, lead times, and safety stock.
• Knowledge of MOQs and case packs.
• Advanced Excel experience like XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables.
• Experience analyzing large datasets.
• ERP or inventory planning system experience; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Strong inventory data analysis skills.
• Ability to make practical purchasing recommendations.
• Experience tracking inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales and inventory data to support future demand planning and forecasting.
• Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and stock availability.
• Prepare regular inventory, demand, and management reports.
• Identify low-stock, excess-stock, and slow-moving items.
• Analyze months of supply, stockout risk, excess inventory, and backorders.
• Develop purchase recommendations using on-hand inventory, open purchase orders, lead times, safety stock, MOQs, and case packs.
• Support timely replenishment by coordinating with Purchasing and vendors.
• Track inventory and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to maintain inventory availability.
• Translate inventory and demand analysis into clear and practical recommendations.
• Provide regular inventory updates and reports to management.
