Job summary

You will safeguard inventory records and fixed assets, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support financial reporting with accurate data. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, 3–5 years in inventory/asset auditing, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years in inventory accounting, fixed assets, or internal audit.
• Knowledge of FIFO, LIFO, and weighted average valuation methods.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for audit findings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
• Review fixed asset registers and perform physical verifications.
• Investigate discrepancies and document corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports on inventory and fixed assets valuations.
• Support financial statements with inventory and asset data.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations to strengthen internal controls.
• Monitor inventory movement and asset disposal procedures.
