Networx Auto Detailing Corp. is seeking an Accounting Assistant – Inventory to join our finance team for a full-time on-site role in Cubao, Quezon City, Metro Manila.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, track transactions, and support accounting operations to ensure financial accuracy and smooth month-end processes. The role emphasizes inventory valuation, asset tracking, reporting, and close coordination with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as Accounting Clerk or similar role in accounting.
• Fresh graduates welcome; attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Experience in inventory accounting or fixed asset management preferred (retail/auto/service).
• Proficient with accounting software and spreadsheets, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical accuracy and ability to reconcile discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain inventory transactions (receipts, disbursements, adjustments).
• Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile variances with records.
• Assist in valuation and classification of inventory items using costing methods.
• Track fixed assets, acquisitions, disposals, and depreciation schedules.
• Prepare inventory reports and provide analysis for management decisions.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support month-/year-end closings.
