Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Lead Finance Business Partner for In House Manufacturing (IHM) at the Philippines Technology Campus. The role focuses on driving inventory governance, improving control discipline, and ensuring accuracy of inventory balances across internal and external sites.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, and external manufacturers to safeguard inventory reporting integrity. The role reports to the Finance Manager – IHM Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and reconciliation.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent presentation skills for non-finance stakeholders.
• Ability to work across functions and cultures, with remote teams.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Establish and enforce governance over materials, finished goods, and inventories.
• Ensure accurate inventory records with clear audit trails and timely discrepancy resolutions.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to strengthen control adherence.
• Identify control gaps and drive improvements to inventory integrity.
• Oversee cycle counts and year-end counts and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Analyze inventory movements and provide variance analyses for management.
