Job summary

LC BIGMAK BURGER INC. is hiring an Inventory Clerk to manage and encode all inventory transactions. You will work with receiving, issuances, transfers, returns, and adjustments to keep records accurate.

The role requires attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory systems, and the ability to generate regular reports and coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• College graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Accountancy, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in inventory encoding, warehouse operations, inventory management, or data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Encode inventory transactions, including receiving, issuances, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Update and maintain inventory records in the Inventory Management System (IMS) or ERP.
• Verify inventory documents for completeness and accuracy before encoding.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory movements and report discrepancies to the IMD Supervisor or Manager.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation, stock counts, and physical inventory activities.
• Organize and maintain inventory documents and electronic records.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Operations to ensure accurate inventory data.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the IMD Supervisor or Manager.
