Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate with multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Inventory System Training and Support: Train IMD Heads and Assistants on the inventory logistics system; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
• Purchase Request Management: Receive, review, and approve purchase requests; ensure accuracy against daily consumption data.
• Inventory Receiving and Encoding: Receive and encode all inventory items; maintain records.
• Inventory Monitoring and Control: Monitor receiving reports; perform monthly Balancing to verify accuracy; address discrepancies.
• Inventory Data Management: Encode new item descriptions; edit existing descriptions; maintain database.
• Purchase Request Follow-Up: Monitor pending requests, address concerns, and communicate updates to all branches.
