Job summary

LC BIGMAK BURGER INC. is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory/Checker to support warehouse and dispatch operations in the Philippines. You will cross-check outgoing items, verify packing integrity, and ensure trucks are sealed and ready for delivery.

Responsibilities include maintaining transfer records, tracking seal numbers, coordinating with drivers, and communicating updates to departments. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration within a busy logistics team.

Qualifications

At least 6 months of experience as a Checker, Inventory Checker, or in a related warehouse/logistics role.
Vocational/Technical Course Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate/Degree Holder.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking products, quantities, and documentation.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and email).
Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, and dispatch operations is an advantage.
Ability to verify the quantity, quality, and condition of items before dispatch.
Capable of checking and validating branch orders, delivery documents, and truck assignments.
Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with warehouse personnel, drivers, and the logistics team.
Able to work under pressure and meet dispatch schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Cross-check all outgoing items against SRIS, delivery receipts, and pick lists to ensure correct product descriptions, quantities, and item conditions.
Verify that products are properly packed, secured, sealed, and free from damage before dispatch.
Ensure that all delivery trucks are properly sealed prior to departure.
Maintain accurate and complete records of transfer orders, packing lists, delivery documents, and inventory movements for audit and tracking purposes.
Record and monitor all seal numbers assigned to each delivery truck and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and the logistics team regarding dispatch schedules, delivery routes, and shipment requirements.
Communicate delivery updates and operational concerns to relevant departments.
Immediately report any missing items, damaged goods, quantity variances, or other discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor to prevent losses and delivery errors.
Assist in investigating and resolving dispatch-related issues.
Monitor the status of dispatched items and delivery progress.
Track delivery schedules, provide updates, and proactively address delays or issues that may affect timely delivery.
When there are no scheduled deliveries, assist the Inventory Control Staff with day-to-day inventory management activities.
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
