Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory movement including fast-, medium-, and non-moving items.
• Ensure timely replenishment based on established levels.
• Coordinate with Planning on incoming stocks, transfers, storage, and forecasts.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to verify records against physical inventory.
• Enforce FIFO inventory policy and report non-moving items for action.
• Supervise picking, packing, labeling, and organizing stocks per procedures.
• Train and guide inventory personnel and monitor performance.
• Maximize warehouse space and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor warehouse equipment and report issues promptly.
• Maintain 6S standards and workplace safety compliance.

Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing daily inventory control activities in the warehouse, ensuring accurate tracking, handling, and management of materials, products, and supplies. The Inventory Controller will maintain optimal inventory levels, minimize inventory variances and support efficient production and distribution operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.

• At least 1-year of experience as an Inventory Controller or in a similar manufacturing role, preferably in the plastic industry.

• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control and warehouse operations.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description:

• Maximize warehouse space and improve the efficiency of warehouse operations.

• Monitor the condition of warehouse equipment and report issues when necessary.

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and ensure proper implementation of the 6S Program and company health and safety standards.
