Job summary

Top Access Infinity Inc. is seeking an Inventory Assistant to compile and maintain stock records, verify inventories, and prepare balance reports. You will receive deliveries, organize stock, file receipts, and use inventory systems to track orders, returns, and supplies.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent, strong math and data-analysis skills, and proficiency with Excel. Experience in retail/inventory is preferred.

Qualifications

• Mathematics skills to count and audit stock.
• Computer literacy and spreadsheet skills are essential.
• Data analysis capabilities; good with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Compile and maintain records of stock quantity, type, and value.
• Maintain logs and verify inventory against records.
• Prepare inventory reports and balance sheets; identify overstock or shortages.
• Receive deliveries, unload, organize stock, and file receipts.
• Create shipping labels and submit replenishment orders.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Assist in reducing shrink and improving inventory control.
