Zusammenfassung

Enable PH is seeking an Operations Associate (Inventory) to manage end-to-end inventory controls, including inbound receiving, outbound control, stock movements, and cycle counting, to ensure accuracy of online inventory.

The role supports cross-functional coordination, discrepancy analysis, ageing monitoring, system clean-up/audit, and consolidation of stock requests across E-Commerce, Retail Stores, and Distribution.

Qualifikationen

• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with basic formulas, filtering, sorting, and data validation.
• Familiarity with ERP/OMS/WMS systems such as SAP Business One and PRISM.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent inventory-related concerns.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and validate inventory quantities between OMS, SAP, and actual stock to ensure accuracy.
• Perform SAP system analysis and review inventory transactions, system postings, stock movements, and processes to identify discrepancies and gaps.
• Maintain and enhance inventory-related system processes, controls, and workflows to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Assist daily transaction reports, inventory monitoring, reconciliation reports, and discrepancy analyses.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve inventory discrepancies, system issues, and delays, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Identify process gaps and recommend system and operational enhancements to improve inventory control.
