Job summary

The Care Center Clinic is seeking an Inventory Controller Associate to maintain accurate records across warehouses, clinics, and pharmacies. You will record transactions, monitor stock movements, and ensure FEFO compliance to minimize waste.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and clinical staff to reconcile discrepancies, prepare cycle counts, and support month-end reporting. The role requires attention to detail and dependable documentation practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Pharmacy, Accountancy, or related field.
• At least 1 year in inventory control, warehouse operations, stock monitoring, or related role preferred.
• Experience handling medicines or medical supplies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of inventory reconciliation, stock movement documentation, batch tracking, and expiry monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; experience with inventory systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Record and update inventory transactions in the inventory management system.
• Monitor stock receipts, issuances, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
• Ensure inventory records match physical stock and supporting documents.
• Assist in conducting cycle counts and scheduled physical inventory.
• Report stock discrepancies, shortages, and overages to the supervisor.
• Monitor stock levels and identify low, excess, slow-moving, and fast-moving items.
• Track batch numbers and expiration dates of medicines and medical supplies.
• Apply FEFO when monitoring stock movement.
• Identify near-expiry, damaged, and expired items and report for action.
• Assist in preparing replenishment requests based on stock levels and consumption.
• Verify received items against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Check item descriptions, quantities, batch numbers, expiration dates, and condition.
• Assist in stock transfers and deliveries to clinics and pharmacies.
• Ensure inventory movements are recorded with approved documents.
• Maintain organized inventory records, stock cards, and transaction documents.
• Prepare inventory and discrepancy reports for audits and month-end reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and clinic or pharmacy staff.
• Follow company inventory policies, storage procedures, and handling requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality of inventory records.
