Responsibilities
Develop Inventory Reports by gathering data of wastages, sales, and daily inventory.
Conduct reconciliation weekly with other departments in relation to inventory.
Monitor all transactions related to inventory.
Coordinate third-party concerns and communicate with Senior Finance.
Perform monthly/annual physical inventory count.
Check whether or not the reports made related to the inventory count are correct.
Coordinate and address third-party concerns (Store, Commissary, Warehouse, DTCC, and Roaster) and cascade to Senior Finance and Accounting Supervisor if needed.
Assist in the improvement of internal controls related to inventory.
Monitor movement of excess CAAF per employee.
Review and submit operations monthly and weekly reports.
Send blank inventory template to branches and DTCC before the start of each month.
Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management.
Assist in maintaining accurate and updated Book of Accounts.
Assist and ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
Assign inventory training.
Conduct surprise visits to outlets for auditing purposes.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
