Responsibilities
Conduct physical inventory counts on various schedules.
Ensure compliance with inventory processes and SOPs.
Prepare variance reports and maintain accurate logs.
Ensure SOPs are followed and report discrepancies to supervisor.
Prepare variance reports and audit summaries.
Coordinate with warehouse staff and inventory controllers; provide feedback to improve accuracy.
Monitor stockroom organization, labeling, and storage; support major stock takes.

BRANCH ASSIGNMENT: Silang branch
Inventory Verification
Conduct physical inventory counts (daily, weekly, monthly, or cycle counts).
Compare physical stock with system records to identify variances.
Verify inbound and outbound stock movements (receiving, transfers, returns).
Audit & Compliance
Ensure all inventory processes follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Investigate discrepancies and report root causes to the inventory supervisor or manager.
Audit high-value, fast-moving, and shrink-sensitive items regularly.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare detailed variance reports and audit summaries.
Document adjustments and ensure they are approved before updating the system.
Maintain accurate logs of damaged, expired, or missing items.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with warehouse staff, store teams, and inventory controllers.
Support external and internal audit requirements.
Provide feedback to improve inventory accuracy and prevent future errors.
Operational Support
Monitor stockroom organization and ensure proper labeling and storage.
Check compliance of FIFO/FEFO and product handling standards.
Assist in major annual or quarterly stock takes.
