Job summary

ILO Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced warehouse and inventory professional to monitor stock transfers, manage METS data, and supervise site personnel across multiple project sites in Laguna.

The role emphasizes accuracy in receiving, issuing, and tagging tools and materials, with regular counts and reports to ensure inventory integrity. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in purchasing/inventory/warehouse management and a degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent, capable of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the related field.
• 5+ years experience in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and checks FG stock transfer.
• Checks and encodes incoming/outgoing METS summary to assigned projects.
• Monitors, encodes and tags various power tools and returned materials from project sites.
• On-site weekly supervision of warehousemen.
• Weekly random inventory count of project sites.
• Annual physical count per project sites.
• Follow-up and checks weekly inventory report of warehousemen.
• Checks, receives, issues and monitors office supplies, medical supplies, site uniforms and COVID items per project sites.
• Reclass of Receiving Report from ILO Land to ILO Construction in NAYSA System.
• Checks all Incoming METS from ILO Araneta sales invoice for payment processing.
• Monitors diesel consumption from Stockyard to project sites.
• Encodes and checks METS from ILO Araneta to project sites in FG Stock transfer in NAYSA system.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• At least 5 Year(s) Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
