Job summary

Othmann Incorporated in Quezon City is seeking an Inventory Assistant – Forecasting to help monitor stock flow, review consumption trends, and prepare projections to ensure material availability for projects.

You will support purchasing, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate inventory records, including GRPOs and Goods Issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels, movement, and consumption; identify fast- and slow-moving items and replenishment needs.
• Monitor site and project status and coordinate with Sales and Technical teams regarding material requirements and BOM.
• Prepare inventory forecasts and projection reports based on consumption and project requirements.
• Prepare Purchase Orders based on projected requirements and coordinate the approval process.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, shipments, delivery schedules, ETD/ETA, and other concerns.
• Review packing lists and verify received materials against Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding shortages, discrepancies, or defective materials.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Purchase Orders (GRPO), Goods Issue, and Goods Receipt documents.
• Maintain accurate and updated inventory records and documentation.

Job Summary

The Inventory Assistant – Forecasting is responsible for monitoring stock flow, reviewing consumption trends, preparing inventory projections, and coordinating material requirements to ensure the availability of materials and tools when needed. The role also supports the ordering and receiving process through purchase order preparation, supplier coordination, and accurate inventory documentation.

Key Responsibilities
