Job description

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for overseeing warehouse storage operations and supporting customer service-related activities. The role involves identifying operational issues and concerns, recommending effective solutions, and working closely with the Team Lead and Supervisor to ensure productivity targets are met and warehouse processes run efficiently and smoothly.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Manage storage operations
• Ensure proper stock placement based on warehouse layout and recommendations from the Warehouse Planner
• Monitor and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures
• Monitor the quality and condition of finished goods stored in the warehouse
• Oversee finished goods replenishment between facilities
• Supervise and monitor the performance and efficiency of third-party warehouse personnel

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following or related fields:

• Operations Management
• Supply Chain Management
• Logistics and Transportation Management
• Industrial Engineering
• Business Administration

Work Experience

At least 1 year of relevant experience in:

• Warehouse operations and inventory management
• Storage facility management
• Receiving, dispatching, and stock monitoring
• Coordination with suppliers and service providers
• Documentation and report preparation

Skills and Competencies

• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
