Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Inventory Analyst to generate data, compute end stock by book/item/brand, and prepare stock flow analyses for each brand. You will print stock analyses and produce reports such as retail and cumulative sales, model-wise sales, and EPR location-status.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Finance Management/Accounting Technology/IT or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Analytical skills.
• Must reside in Binondo Manila or willing to be assigned in the area.
• Immediate availability required.

Responsibilities

• Generates data from the system.
• Calculates end stock per book per item per brand.
• Prepares stock flow/analysis per item per brand.
• Prints stock analysis.
• Prepares various reports such as summary of retail sales, cumulative sales, comparative sales by quantity, sales per model, EPR location-status, and more.
• Encodes ICs and assists in retail inventory reconciliation.
• Prepares PO for specific brands.
• Updates brand masterfile and description.
• Assists in corporate sales and inquiries.
• Provides inventory audit as per request.
• Manages email pull-out requests and other inventory concerns to stores.
• Assists in replenishing sold items for specific brands.
• Helps in the preparation of PCN and requests SM SKU at PSIS.
• Performs general office duties and other related functions as needed.
