Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure accuracy of cycle counts across AEPH locations, including 3PL and subcontractors, reporting to the Inventory Manager. The role focuses on audits, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with warehouse and finance teams.

The position is onsite at Laguna or Cavite manufacturing sites, requiring coordination with multiple functions to maintain cycle-count integrity and comply with global policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any related field.
• 2–5 years of related inventory experience.
• Experience with inventory audit principles a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to use handheld scanners (optional).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.
• Investigate variances between counts and system records to resolve discrepancies.
• Conduct root cause analyses on inventory losses and shortages to prevent recurrence.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure traceability for audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse, finance, production, 3PL, subcontractors and quality teams.
