Job summary

Ionics EMS Inc. in Laguna is seeking an Inventory Management professional to oversee daily cycle counting and maintain inventory systems.

You will publish system procedures, monitor E&O and aging materials, and generate critical reports to align with customer demand and production schedules. You will coordinate with Bookers and departments to resolve booking issues, implement inventory controls, and contribute to KPI achievement while endorsing quality records.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree required.
• Experience in Inventory Management within Manufacturing industry.
• Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao/Calamba Laguna.
• Experience in cycle counting and system booking.
• Ability to publish and maintain inventory systems aligned with demand and production schedules.
• Experience mitigating risk for E&O and aging materials.
• Proficient in creating and reviewing inventory reports (EOH, aging, excess/obsolete).
• Coordinate with Bookers and other departments to resolve booking issues.
• Knowledge of MAS/SAAS reviews and quality records endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily cycle counting and inventory-taking analysis to check material accuracy.
• Publish and maintain inventory systems to minimize on-hand inventory while meeting demand.
• Ensure inventory control systems achieve target E&O rate and accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures aligned with Materials Management goals.
• Generate reports (Daily Ending On Hand, Weekly Aging, Weekly Excess/Obsolete) to monitor exposure.
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Bookers and other departments to resolve booking issues.
• Review Direct Material consumption and related inventory reports.
• Work toward section KPIs and endorse Quality records.
• Perform other duties as required after training.
