Job summary

Benby Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support cycle count activities, reconcile variances, and ensure accurate system transactions.

You will coordinate with Audit and warehouse teams across Luzon and VisMin to close inventory matters, maintain files, and respond quickly to product recalls with traceability exercises.

This role emphasizes accuracy, timely reporting, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic logistics environment located in Calamba, Laguna.

Qualifications

• Facilitates daily cycle count activity and reconciliation. Identifies causal drivers of Inventory variances and recommends the appropriate corrective actions.
• Prepares the result of the cycle count. Reviews and prepares the necessary Request for Inventory Adjustment.
• Conducts the physical count as needed.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and on-time system transactions
• Handles the product traceability exercises. Provides report within four (4) hours upon receipt of the product recall notice.
• Ensures system clean-up and review is done regularly to have reliable system balance at all times.
• Maintains a complete and orderly file of all documents related to the functions.
• Coordinates with Audit team, warehouse operation, other warehouse in Luzon and VisMin to close inventory related matters.
• Performs whatever function that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
