Job summary

Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to ensure accuracy of cycle counts across AEPH locations, including 3PL and subcontractors.

The role reports to the Inventory Manager and drives improvements in inventory control. Responsibilities include managing daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; investigating variances; maintaining audit-ready records in accordance with CC Global Policy and SOX/EY requirements; and collaborating with warehouse, finance, production, 3PL,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years of inventory experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Oracle or SAP preferred).
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Onsite, full-time role at Laguna or Cavite sites.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and monitor cycle counts daily/weekly/monthly.
• Investigate variances between counts and system records.
• Document counts, variances, adjustments for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with warehouse, finance, production, 3PL, and quality teams.
