Job summary

HH GROUP OF COMPANIES in Parañaque City, Metro Manila is seeking an organized Accounting Staff – Inventory to join our finance team. The role focuses on managing and reconciling inventory and fixed assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

You will collaborate with finance and operations to maintain records and provide timely reporting. We require a secondary education, accounting/bookkeeping qualification is preferred, and strong Excel skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Completed secondary education; qualification in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred.
• Proven experience in inventory accounting or fixed assets management is desirable.
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and apply inventory movements and deletions.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Develop and implement inventory management procedures.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report issues to management.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance and shortages; count and post totals to inventory records.
