Job summary

GH Premier Review Center Inc. in Manila is seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) for US healthcare opportunities.

You will manage candidates from sourcing to interview coordination. You will conduct initial interviews, build a robust candidate pipeline, explain roles and recruitment processes, coordinate client interviews, and monitor progress to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, healthcare, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

About the role

US Healthcare Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) for healthcare opportunities in the United States. The successful candidate will manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial sourcing and screening up to interview coordination and endorsement.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) through various recruitment channels
• Conduct initial phone and online interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and interest in US opportunities
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals
• Explain job opportunities, requirements, and recruitment processes to candidates
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and maintain strong candidate engagement
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Meet assigned recruitment targets and KPIs
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on sourcing and candidate progress

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
• At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating with candidates through phone, email, and online platforms
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Results-oriented and able to work with recruitment targets and KPIs
• Willing to work onsite in Manila
