You will manage candidates from sourcing to interview coordination. You will conduct initial interviews, build a robust candidate pipeline, explain roles and recruitment processes, coordinate client interviews, and monitor progress to meet KPIs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, business administration, healthcare, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Source qualified Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Physical Therapists (PTs) for US healthcare opportunities.
• Conduct initial phone and online interviews to assess qualifications and interest.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of healthcare professionals.
• Explain job opportunities, requirements, and recruitment processes to candidates.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor candidate progress throughout the recruitment process.
