MicroSourcing is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator for onsite work at SM Downtown, CDO. You will handle inquiries, orders, returns, and service requests across international markets, using Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon.

You’ll provide product guidance, coordinate with logistics, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with a global team. You will support Australia, North America, the UK and Europe, ensuring a professional brand voice and high service levels in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in customer service or ecommerce support.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Experience handling customer enquiries via email and service platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests across international markets.
• Respond to customers via email with a warm, professional voice.
• Process and update orders on Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon.
• Provide accurate product information, sizing guidance, and support concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on stock, fulfilment, deliveries, and shipping issues.
• Handle wholesale, corporate, B2B, and D2C orders with attention to detail.
• Resolve customer complaints and delivery exceptions, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document recurring issues and resolutions.
• Monitor service performance and contribute to knowledge base and FAQs.
• Support customers across Australia, North America, the UK, and Europe.
• Collaborate with a global remote team to maintain service levels.
