Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to support international markets from SM Downtown, CDO. The role covers order management, inquiries, and providing a warm, professional customer experience.

You'll work with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon Seller Central, collaborating with global teams to ensure timely, accurate service and strong product knowledge. Onsite, day shift in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, ecommerce support, or customer operations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience handling customer enquiries through email and customer service platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and administrative accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests across international markets.
• Respond to customers via email with a warm, professional brand voice.
• Process and update orders across Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, and Amazon.
• Provide accurate product information, sizing guidance, and support with customer concerns.
• Coordinate with Operations and Logistics on stock, fulfilment, deliveries and shipping issues.
• Manage wholesale, corporate, B2B, and D2C orders with attention to detail.
• Handle customer complaints and delivery exceptions, escalating when needed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document recurring issues and resolutions.
• Monitor customer service performance and contribute to process improvements and FAQs.
• Support customers across Australia, North America, the UK, and Europe.
• Collaborate with a global remote team to maintain service levels.
