Job summary

Technolux Equipment & Supply Corporation in Makati is seeking a sales support professional to assist the sales team with document distribution, quote preparation, and information flow. You will coordinate pricing, discounts, and quotations, and monitor orders to ensure timely delivery.

You will work closely with Design, Sales Managers, and Coordinators, providing technical consultative support and maintaining accurate records and project status communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree graduate.
• Interpersonal skills, such as active listening, empathy, and resilience.
• Advanced/High level MS Excel and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Calculates pricing, discounts and creates and maintains price list.
• Analyzes the requirements during RFQ based on BOQ.
• Forecasts materials, resources budgets and provides standard and project quotations.
• Collaborates with Design, Sales Manager and Sales Coordinators on orders.
• Provides technical consultative service to Sales team members on specified projects.
• Coordinates with Sales Managers and Project Consultant.
• Responsible in ordering system control / leadtime follow up.
• Follows up open payments with clients and coordinates purchase and delivery time with factory.
• Coordinates with the Sales team by managing schedule, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
• Handles the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintains files and records with effective systems.
• Acts as the point of contact and communicates project status to all participants.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
