Job summary

Partners Group in Manila invites Applications Specialist to join a globally connected team focused on operating platform services and continuous improvement. The role emphasizes hands-on involvement in production transitions, incident handling, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize business applications.

You will work within our agile operating model to deliver reliable, well-supported experiences for users across the business platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative field.
• 5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in technology and/or financial industry.
• Proficient in working on relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server; Snowflake a plus).
• Able to communicate well with stakeholders and has a customer service mindset.
• Experience in support and operations (Incident and problem management).
• Experience in using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools.
• Strong in agile delivery, with release management experience and engineering exposure.
• Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development to production environments.
• Actively develop continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application service operations.
• Actively develop the automation of existing manual activities to achieve higher and consistent service delivery.
• Resolve data & application related issues in a timely manner.
• Run/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operations.
