Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in a similar role are preferred in tech/financial industries.
- Proficient in relational databases (SQL Server, Snowflake a plus).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and customer service mindset.
- Experience in support and operations (Incident and problem management).
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
- Strong in agile delivery, with release management experience and engineering exposure.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth transition of application features from development to production.
- Develop continuous improvement initiatives for service operations.
- Automate existing manual activities to improve delivery quality.
- Resolve data and application issues to maintain service reliability.
- Lead small to mid-sized operational projects.
