Job summary

Bison Transport is seeking an Intermodal Coordinator in Mexico to plan shipments, book freight, and coordinate drayage/rail across the MX network. You will work closely with customers to provide updates and maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong English and Spanish communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments and book freight across the MX network to meet service needs.
• Provide direct customer service, updates, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.
• Dispatch drayage and rail providers in Mexico and track/trace loads daily.
• Ensure correct equipment is used and monitor equipment availability across the network.
• Collaborate with US Dispatch and other teams to meet service expectations.
