Job summary

BMG Outsourcing Inc. – an Australian-owned outsourcing company with offices in Clark and Sydney – is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to manage end-to-end bookkeeping and accounting for a portfolio of clients.

The role includes reconciliations, payroll processing, monthly management reporting, BAS/GST compliance, and financial statements up to Trial Balance. Onsite in the Philippines with a 7 AM–4 PM schedule; salary range PHP 50,000–70,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years Australian bookkeeping and payroll experience.
• Experience processing Australian payroll, including leave accruals, superannuation, STP, and payroll reconciliations.
• Understanding of BAS preparation and GST reconciliations.
• Attention to detail with data-entry accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations, credit card reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Process and reconcile payroll, including leave entitlements and superannuation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports.
• Prepare BAS and GST reconciliations.
• Prepare accounts up to Trial Balance and assist with financial statements.
