Job summary

Lockforce International Inc is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting in our Makati office, with strong Australian bookkeeping knowledge and software proficiency. The role requires at least 2 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, familiarity with Hubdoc, BAS, GST, and payroll considerations.

The candidate will prepare financial statements, ensure compliant record-keeping, and collaborate with our finance team to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Receipt Bank preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Australian bookkeeping experience, with knowledge of Hubdoc is a plus.
• Knowledge of BAS preparation, GST reconciliation, and Australian payroll considerations.
• Understanding of statutory regulations and standard accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including processing invoices, reconciliations, and payroll.
• Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with Australian tax and accounting standards.
• Assist BAS preparation and lodgment; liaise with clients and finance team.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for all financial transactions.
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Onsite role in Makati City; adhere to schedule Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm.
