BMG Outsourcing Inc. is seeking a Senior Accountant to manage a portfolio of Australian pharmacy clients, overseeing end-to-end accounting and ensuring Australian taxation compliance. The role includes mentorship and process improvements, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of accounting experience, familiarity with Xero/MYOB, and strong analytical skills. Onsite work is required, with a salary range of PHP 70,000 to 120,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting/finance.
• CPA qualifications or progress toward CPA/CA is highly desirable.
• Minimum 5–8 years of accounting experience, including Australian environments.
• Minimum 2 years in a senior/supervisory capacity.
• Experience with pharmacy/healthcare clients and Australian SME compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for Australian pharmacy clients.
• Oversee reconciliations: bank, petty cash, credit card, loan, and GL maintenance.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Prepare BAS, payroll tax returns, and other compliance lodgements.
• Mentor and review work of junior accountants and support staff.
