1. Interior Design and Space Planning

• Develop interior design concepts, floor plans, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations based on client requirements.
• Design salon spaces, including reception areas, styling stations, shampoo areas, treatment rooms, and other functional zones.
• Integrate salon equipment, furniture, lighting, storage, and fixtures into efficient and well-planned layouts.
• Recommend appropriate materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and lighting solutions based on aesthetics, functionality, durability, and budget.
• Ensure that designs reflect the client's brand identity, operational requirements, and desired customer experience.

2. Technical Drawings and Documentation

• Prepare detailed interior design drawings, elevations, sections, material specifications, and other required technical documents.
• Develop furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) specifications and finish schedules.
• Prepare design revisions and technical documentation based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers regarding technical requirements and design implementation.
• Maintain accurate project drawings, specifications, and design records.

3. Project Coordination and Implementation

• Conduct site inspections, measurements, and assessments before and during project implementation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, fabricators, and installation teams to ensure proper execution of approved designs.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, material quality, budget, and schedule.
• Identify site issues, design discrepancies, and implementation risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Assist with project inspections, completion assessments, and client handovers.

4. Client Consultation and Business Development Support

• Meet with clients to determine their design preferences, business requirements, space limitations, and budget.
• Present design proposals, explain technical recommendations, and incorporate approved revisions.
• Work with the Sales & Marketing team to prepare design proposals and support client presentations and showroom consultations.
• Provide design recommendations that complement B-Project's salon equipment, professional beauty products, and commercial solutions.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings as necessary to support project development and sales opportunities.

5. Cost Estimation and Project Management

• Assist in preparing project cost estimates, material quantities, and design-related quotations.
• Recommend cost-effective alternatives without compromising design quality or functionality.
• Coordinate procurement requirements and monitor material availability with suppliers.
• Track project deliverables, deadlines, and revisions to support timely completion.
• Report project status, concerns, and management recommendations.

6. Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Ensure that interior design plans and activities comply with applicable Philippine laws, regulations, building requirements, and relevant safety standards.
• Perform professional services within the scope of the employee's license and legal authority.
• Coordinate with appropriately licensed architects and engineers for matters requiring their separate professional services or approvals.
• Maintain professional standards, attention to detail, confidentiality, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or an equivalent recognized qualification.
• Must possess a valid PRC license as a Registered and Licensed Interior Designer in the Philippines.
