Job summary

KMC Solutions in Taguig City is seeking a creative Design Specialist to support interior fit-out, renovation, and workplace design projects. You will develop interior design concepts, prepare CAD layouts, and create realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs.

Collaborate with senior designers and stakeholders to translate requirements into functional spaces, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Fresh graduates may be considered; 1–2 years' experience preferred; onsite day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years in interior fit-out projects preferred.
• Experience in BPO or commercial office/hospitality interiors desirable.
• Proficiency with SketchUp and Enscape for 3D visualization.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD for layouts.

Work Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM–6:00 PM)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Design Specialist to support interior fit-out, renovation, and workplace design projects. In this role, you will assist in developing interior design concepts, preparing CAD layouts, and creating realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs. You will work closely with senior designers and other stakeholders to translate design requirements into functional and visually appealing spaces while ensuring quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing interior design concepts, space plans, and CAD test-fit layouts for office fit-out, renovation, and workplace projects.
• Create 3D visualizations, realistic renderings, and walkthroughs using SketchUp and Enscape.
• Translate design briefs and project requirements into visual concepts and interior design presentations.
• Coordinate with senior designers and other stakeholders to ensure design outputs meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in preparing design presentations, marketing materials, and other visual assets.
• Support the sourcing and specification of furniture, lighting, fixtures, finishes, and other interior design materials.
• Research design trends, materials, and workspace solutions to contribute ideas to ongoing projects.
• Help maintain digital resource libraries for interior design and 3D visualization needs.
• Assist in presenting design concepts and visuals to clients and management when required.
• Ensure assigned deliverables meet established design standards and project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out projects is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduates may also be considered.
• Experience in BPO, commercial office, or hospitality interior projects is desirable.
• Familiarity with SketchUp and Enscape for 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing layouts and space plans.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and other 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with V-Ray, Revit, and other design software is a plus.
• A developing portfolio showcasing interior design concepts, renderings, or related academic and professional projects.
• Basic understanding of space planning, furniture layouts, color palettes, and material selection.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with working proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn from senior designers.
• Able to manage assigned tasks, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, on a day shift schedule.
