Coalesce Sales Incorporated in Parañaque City seeks an experienced Interior Designer & Showroom Project Coordinator who can blend design expertise with project management for showroom and design projects. The role is full-time and based at the Manila office.

The candidate should have a degree in Interior Design, strong software skills, and a track record in showroom or retail environments, with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Interior Design or related degree; Fresh Graduates welcome.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, spatial planning and trends.
• Excellent project management with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee completion and finishing of office and commercial spaces.
• Assist in design and development of showroom and display spaces.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure projects are completed.
• Assist with sales, client presentations, and project coordination.
• Create layouts, concepts, and designs for exhibitions, events, and trade shows.
• Prepare presentations, design materials, and visual concepts for clients.
• Support various design, construction and project-related activities as needed.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Interior Designer & Showroom Project Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Parañaque City, Metro Manila. This is a pivotal role that combines design expertise with project coordination responsibilities, requiring someone who can seamlessly manage both the creative and logistical aspects of our showroom and design projects. You will play a key role in bringing our design vision to life whilst ensuring projects run smoothly from conception through to completion.

Key responsibilities

What we're looking for
