KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced Design Officer to lead interior design concepts for office fit-outs and workspace refresh projects. You will create photorealistic renderings with SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD, and present concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of interior design or office fit-out experience.
• Experience in commercial offices, BPO workspaces, or hospitality interiors desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD required.
• Experience creating 3D interior renderings and walkthroughs with Enscape.
• Strong portfolio of interior design concepts and 3D renderings.
• Knowledge of V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, color palettes, furniture layouts, and materials.
• Ability to translate briefs into feasible designs.
• Experience presenting concepts and coordinating with clients and teams.
• Strong project coordination, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and high design quality.
• Strong English communication (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, day shift.

Responsabilités

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Design Officer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. In this role, you will develop creative and functional interior design concepts, produce realistic 3D renderings, and create visual presentations for office fit-out, renovation, and workspace refresh projects. You will collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and the design team to translate project requirements into high-quality interior designs while ensuring design standards, project timelines, and deliverables are met. The ideal candidate is proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD, with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D visualization projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts and layouts for office fit-out, renovation, and workspace refresh projects based on client requirements and design briefs.
• Create high-quality, realistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs using SketchUp and Enscape to present proposed interior designs.
• Prepare design presentations and visual materials to communicate concepts, layouts, color palettes, furniture arrangements, and material selections.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to interpret design requirements and translate them into functional and visually appealing interior spaces.
• Review design outputs and provide guidance to Design Specialists to maintain consistency, quality, and established design standards.
• Monitor assigned design projects, track progress, and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and project requirements.
• Present and explain design concepts, recommendations, and proposed solutions to clients and management.
• Research current interior design trends, materials, furniture, and workspace solutions to develop innovative and practical design concepts.
• Source and specify furniture, lighting, fixtures, wall finishes, flooring, accessories, and other materials required for proposed designs.
• Maintain and organize digital design resources, software assets, and reference libraries to support efficient design development and visualization.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and other stakeholders to support project requirements and the implementation of approved designs.
• Ensure proposed designs consider functionality, technical requirements, and applicable building and safety standards.
• Prepare interior renderings and visual assets for marketing collaterals, project presentations, and other business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of experience with interior design or office fit-out projects.
• Experience designing commercial offices, BPO workspaces, or hospitality interiors is highly desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, and AutoCAD is required.
• Experience creating realistic 3D interior renderings and walkthroughs using Enscape.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interior design concepts, 3D renderings, and relevant fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit, and other 3D design or visualization software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, color palettes, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
• Ability to interpret design briefs and translate concepts into functional, visually appealing, and technically feasible designs.
