Job description

The role involves full architectural design responsibilities along with interior design coordination for residential and commercial projects. You will be based primarily at our BGC headquarters, with scheduled visits to project sites across Luzon—from southern Batangas to beyond northern Pampanga.

You will lead conceptual design development, produce technical drawings, coordinate with consultants and suppliers, and ensure execution aligns with our high design and construction standards.

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts for luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects
• Produce complete construction documents including architectural drawings, interior layouts, lighting coordination, finishes, carpentry details, and material specifications
• Conduct site visits to verify design execution and perform on-site coordination
• Coordinate with MEPFS consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients
• Participate in internal design reviews and client presentations
• Integrate AI-supported tools and technologies into the design and documentation workflow
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, schedule targets, and design intent

• Licensed Architect with signing authority (Philippines)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign
• Advantageous: Working knowledge or willingness to adopt Revit, AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT), and Canva
• TESDA Certifications in Visual Graphic Design or Plumbing – significant advantage
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn and grow

Work Structure

• Full-time, office-based role (BGC HQ)
• Site visits scheduled based on project needs
• Travel from office to site and back is fully reimbursed
• Projects are located throughout Luzon
