Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an Intercompany Analyst to manage accurate preparation, posting, and processing of intercompany transactions within the RTR function. This role supports the Manila Finance Shared Service Center and reports to the Intercompany Manager and Senior Analyst.

You will handle IC charges, journal entries, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting, ensuring compliance with the intercompany control framework and providing data for management and regulatory submissions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 2 years in accounting/finance operations.
Understanding of intercompany accounting.
Experience with ERP systems for journal entries.
Excel data manipulation skills (VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, pivots).
Experience in gaming, payments, or fintech preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare intercompany charges and documentation in line with approved recharge structures.
Post IC journals to the ERP system accurately within the month-end schedule.
Process IC settlements and maintain supporting records.
Contribute to IC reconciliations under Senior Analyst review.
Respond to helpdesk queries and escalate IC disputes or reconciling items.
Support audit, reporting, and regulatory submissions as directed.
Maintain audit-quality working papers and follow SOD controls.
Participate in process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
